Successful leaders are astute, aware and mindful
ARC assists leaders, CEOs and owners in becoming more astute, aware, mindful, emotionally intelligent, courageous and stress-free so that they may in turn instill these qualities in their staff, colleagues and organization. Doing this benefits all and aids in the successful achievement and execution of business goals and purpose. When leaders lead with a sense of genuine purpose the entire organization and business benefits: teams unite, work flows and success increases. Many leading corporations such as Google, General Mills, Aetna, Genentech, Target, and Cargill have created mindful leadership programs to instill resilience, effectiveness and purpose in their organization. West Point has created multiple training programs on resilience and awareness to bolster mental toughness, cultivate strong relationships and build on one’s strengths- all qualities of mindful leaders. Research has proven that mindfulness, self-inquiry, meditation and stress reduction is linked to the enhancement of cognitive ability, emotional intelligence and the leadership qualities of intellect, temperament and execution. ARC programs develop true, cutting edge leaders through the practice and use of mindfulness, meditation, self-inquiry and stress reduction techniques.
