I started practicing mindfulness-meditation three years ago, and it has had a HUGE effect on my life. Slowing down… Taking things one day at a time… Recognizing thought for what it is, and learning how to not drown in it…. Getting in touch with the body and relaxing into being-ness…. All of this changed my life on a very fundamental level. Before this, I was a depressed, stressed-out, and very confused college-student. When I started meditating, it felt like I had been given a concrete tool I could use to de-stress and relax. It was a miracle! I was actually learning to relax!!

            When I started getting into this stuff, I was mostly reading books (usually Thich Nhat Hanh) and meditating on my own. While this was great, actually talking to experts like Jeff has been a huge boost for me. I have been corresponding with Jeff through email and skype, and the understanding, encouragement, and guidance Jeff has offered has been very helpful. Jeff is a very real and very nice dude, I recommend him %100.
