No experiential or theoretical background required.

Course Overview: 

  • Individualized and customized ongoing mindfulness assistance
  • Determining and defining leadership vision, values, principles, purpose, mission, goals and strategic initiatives
  • Applied practical exercises in cultivating mindful execution: ie, getting things done on time, on budget and with quality.
  • Applied practical exercises in motivating and mobilizing others to achieve goals and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Applied practical exercises for using mindfulness, self-inquiry, meditation and stress reduction on the job, in meetings, with employees, and with clients and customers
  • Suggested homework and regular practice
  • If Needed:
  • Introduction to the academics and science of mindfulness, self-inquiry, meditation and stress reduction
  • Basic overview and understanding of mind, ego and identity
  • Introduction and practice of mindfulness, self-inquiry and self-awareness
  • Introduction and practice of closed eyed and open-eyed meditation
  • Introduction and practice of mindful breathing and bodily relaxation
